Thank you for visiting the Johnson Consultant Group. Mr. David Johnson, Sr. Principal and Managing Director with over 45 years of experience in the areas of residential development, commercial and historical construction.
Mr. Johnson has spent 17 years as former building code official and state engineer, understand the construction industry from both side public and private. The Johnson Consultant Group is changing the way consultant firms do business, by providing a new way of processing of construction documents and site management. Services that will provided architectural, engineering, planning, permitting, zoning, and construction services with the integrity and professionalism as always. Johnson Consultant Group has developed a new division due to the increase in architectural , planning, and construction services all in one package, which has provides our clients with major savings and time. We are also providing pre-certificate of Inspection and permit expediting services. Johnson Consultant Group is well respected by the Massachusetts construction industry, inspection agencies and associates.

Pre-Certificate of Inspections and Repairs:
We are also providing services to hotels, restaurants, clubs, daycares, centers required yearly ISD pre-certificate of Inspection services, inspections of health and life safety equipment; sprinkler system, fire alarm system, egress requirements, and repairs. As a former chief inspector, Mr. Johnson understand the requirements fully.
Permit Expediters:
Johnson Consultant Group provides permit expediter services. Understanding the building department permitting process is key in turning around permits in a timely manner to get your project off the ground. Its important to understand how to navigate the system. We understand, and can ensure full compliance with local departments. Mr. Johnson, a building code professional, construction veteran, and most important we are local.

Emergency Structural Engineering Assessments, and Shoring, Stabilization and Repairs
We provide emergency structural inspections and engineers report for emergency repairs. We are equipped to provide temporary shoring, stabilization, board-up and permanent repairs due to fire, vehicle structural damages and/or collapses. We work closely with local building departments (ISD), your insurance provider and adjuster to see that you are covered, we are here during your difficult time.
